From July 23rd to 24th, the 2026 (the 6th) Low-Speed Unmanned Driving Scenario Ecological Co-construction and Expansion Conference was successfully held. As the organizer of this conference, Jinli Environment Technology Co., Ltd. together with the Low-Speed Unmanned Driving Industry Alliance, New Strategic Low-Speed Unmanned Driving Multimedia and other institutions, gathered forces from all sectors including government, academia, industry, research and application to inject new momentum into building an open and symbiotic, compliant and orderly industrial ecosystem. This conference, with the theme of "Safety as the Foundation, Compliance as the Leadership", adopted a "competition + meeting + exhibition" linkage model, integrated the entire chain of technology, supply chain, operation and evaluation, and built a top-level platform for practical cooperation in the industry.

Practical Evaluation A-Class Certification

Authority/Reputation/Approval

"The 2026 Cleaners·City-level Sanitation Robot Technology Evaluation and Admission Competition" is the first professional technical evaluation in China specifically targeting the city-level operation capabilities of sanitation robots. It covers eight assessment items: maximum slope stability, rated speed test, obstacle clearance ability, response to obstacles, pedestrian recognition and braking, garbage detection, cleaning performance, and safety protection level inspection. The equipment is required to operate autonomously and without any human intervention throughout the process.

Jinli Environment, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Xunling Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., participated in this evaluation with the Dolphin series XL15SZTAR cleaning robots. With outstanding technical skills on the competition field, strict operation standards and evaluation results, it was awarded the "Cleaners·2026 Skill Competition Grade A Evaluation". This authoritative certification indicates that the unmanned sanitation equipment of Jinli Environment has reached professional recognition in real open scenarios.

Multiple brands make their debut, gaining popularity with their strength

Product array

During the same event as the conference, the third Low-Speed Unmanned Driving Industry Link Exhibition was held. Jinli Environment and Xunling Intelligent showcased their three products: the Dolphin 15 cleaning robot, the White Whale 13 cleaning robot, and the "Little Frog" picking robot.

Currently, the company's robots cover all scenarios of road cleaning, blowing and washing, cleaning, and picking up, meeting all the requirements for road maintenance. The concentrated exhibition of these three products fully demonstrates Jinli Environment's complete chain capabilities in the field of unmanned sanitation equipment, from technological research and development to product implementation. It attracted many participants to stop and communicate.

Strategic Sharing - Exploring the Future

Four/Wheel/Drive

On the main forum on July 24th, Chen Ying, the general manager of Jinli Environment, delivered a keynote speech titled "All-scenario Unmanned Sanitation, Smartly Charting the Future of Ecology".

Facing multiple challenges such as the shortage of traditional sanitation workers, rising costs, and blind areas in operations, it is pointed out that the adoption of unmanned and intelligent technologies has become the optimal solution to overcome the cost and efficiency dilemmas and achieve sustainable development.

Currently, Jinli Environment has been developing its four core businesses - intelligent manufacturing, intelligent services, digital platforms, and advanced robots - in a coordinated manner. It has launched an "air-ground-water integrated" operation system, relying on two self-developed AI models, Xuan Tong and Xuan Shu, and the scenario data covering 200 districts and counties across the country, to build a complete industrial ecosystem chain covering technology research and development, product innovation, lean production, and intelligent services. Focusing on the collaborative development of the unmanned sanitation industry, Mr. Chen calls for industry-wide sincere cooperation, to jointly discuss the rights and development paths of unmanned sanitation and build a new trend in the unmanned sanitation industry.

Ecological Co-construction, Collaborative Win-win

Unite/Heart/Concentrate/Momentum

As the organizer of the conference, Jinli Environment not only deeply participated in the technical evaluation, product display, and strategic sharing, but also used its industry influence to promote the achievement of multiple industry consensus:

Jintu Environment, as a core enterprise of the G30 Summit, was invited to participate. Director Wang Yingzhe and over 50 core members of leading enterprises in the industrial chain engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics such as the iteration of technological routes, safety and compliance governance, the integration of "graph competition" and embedded intelligence, and breaking through the deep waters of commercialization. The summit, with the theme of "Face the Real Problems, Form Real Consensus, and Promote Real Actions", released the "G30 Low-Speed Unmanned Driving Compliance and Safety Action Program", establishing an action consensus for the safe and compliant development of the industry.

This roundtable discussion focused on the pain points of commercial operation of unmanned transportation capacity, exploring the pricing logic for shifting from equipment sales to transportation service, and dissecting practical problems such as operational profitability and cost control. Zheng Lei, the deputy general manager of Xunling Intelligent under Jinli Environment, participated in the exchange. Relying on the company's years of operational experience in intelligent and unmanned sanitation, he shared the business model for the implementation of autonomous driving scenarios and practical considerations for sustainable operation.

Technology Empowers, Digital Future

From the A-level certification of the "Smart Cleaner" evaluation competition, to the concentrated presentation of the product portfolio, to the in-depth sharing of the strategic vision for all-scenario intelligent sanitation - Jinli Environment participated deeply in multiple capacities as organizer, exhibitor, and participant, fully demonstrating its comprehensive capabilities from equipment manufacturing to digital operation. Looking to the future, Jinli Environment and Xunling Intelligent will continue to focus on unmanned cleaning equipment, smart city management platforms, etc., and build a full-process unmanned closed-loop for sanitation operations, promoting the industry's transformation from labor-intensive to intelligent and efficient.

Drive unmanned sanitation with technology, and the future has arrived! Jinli Environment and Xunling Intelligent are joining hands to draw the blueprint for a green ecological future.
